The National Corvette Museum Official Store is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your apparel or merchandise, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all clothing is neatly folded and any protective tags remain intact.

  Ship to the Museum

  Affix the provided return label or address your package to our fulfillment center in Bowling Green, KY, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
